Weight: 18.8 lbs (50th Percentile)
Head Circumference: No idea, but James is helmet-free as of last week! Yeah!
Clothing: 9 months. Really loving the GapBaby 6-12 mo items because they are super stretchy and fit really well.
Food: 4 8-oz bottles per day, plus lunch and dinner with some version of baby mushy food. Really like bananas and really any other fruit. Not a fan of sweet potatoes, but seems to like squash.
Cool Tricks: In the past month, James has learned to get up on all fours, move from his belly to sitting, moved forward via an army crawl, and just yesterday, crawling. He also loves to pull himself up to standing and can support all his weight while standing, but doesn't have the balance to stand on his own. Finally, he waved good-bye at daycare a few days ago!
Daycare: James loves daycare. He smiles when he gets dropped off, smiles when he gets picked up, brings home new tricks everyday, like finding his feet or waving bye, and his teachers say that they enjoy having him. Along the lines of daycare, our puppy Sam has also taken an interest in "babysitting" James. Sam will lay near James while he's playing and corral James when he strays to far from his toys; I'm sure it has more to do with Sam not wanting James near Sam's chew toys than protecting James, but it's still cute to watch.
